This documentary depicts the situation in Lebanon after the July 2006 war, through the eyes of several young Lebanese citizens.
It explores the ongoing socio-political relations of the confessional/religious groups, their political parties, and how the Lebanese youth looks at war and the country’s future.
“War of Peace” follows Samer,Maria,Roula,Zein,Hassan and Amira throughout the post 2006 war events (Students’ elections at AUB, The American University of Beirut; Minister Pierre Gemayel`s funeral; The opposition’s demonstration and the consequent sit-in, in the heart of Beirut.)
